RunFit Package ABSOLUTE - POI

The RunFit ABSOLUTE course includes everything in the 'RunFit Total Package' but adds Nutritional Blood Testing and IgG Anti-body Food Testing made famous by professional athletes.

The addition of blood testing guides minerals missing in diet or essential fuels being used too readily by exertion. Info can be talked through with a therapist to react to information effectively (changes may include supplementation and diet changes based on data)

It also looks for inflammation blood markers (factors) indicating overtraining.

While it doesn't ignore excluding foods, you may have been overexposed to. Or sometimes the body/ the genes don't seem to like it.

NOTE: A centrifuge blood sample will require a visit to a separate lab in central London.
